Introducing Futurkind: Building Leaders and Brands that Advance Humanity Forward
Eight years ago, I hung up my corporate lululemon swag to launch a purpose-packed foresight and strategy consultancy — LindsayAngelo.com. I did so with a simple belief: that business could heal. Today’s greatest challenges — from climate change to social divides — are not rooted in technical, environmental, or political problems. At their core, they are crises of the human spirit - of presence, empathy, and compassion. When we heal this root, we create the conditions for everything else to thrive. It was a belief I felt so strongly about that I took to the TED stage to share it.
Those first years were spent consulting with fortune 500 brands, helping them see what was coming and shape what’s next—work that I love. And then came the next step—the realization that in order to maximize impact, I needed to not only deliver strategy and foresight but also teach the skills. Strategy and foresight weren’t just tools to hand over; they needed to be lived, practiced, and embodied.
In 2022, lululemon invited me to create a training program for their team. That moment opened a new path: alongside consulting, I began building training programs and paths to equip leaders with the tools to build their own strategic foresight.
Since then, the world has only sped up. We are living life on fast forward — chaos is common, clarity is rare. More than ever, business leaders and brands need to build the savvy to not only keep up but to anticipate what’s next, with both imagination and empathy. Because the skills of tomorrow aren’t just about strategy and foresight; they’re about leading with wholeness, purpose, and a wellbeing lens.
Today is special as it marks the next evolution. Futurkind™️ is the new home for this work — the place where my training, consulting and thought leadership all live under one identity. It was time to give it a name, a container, and soul of its own. LindsayAngelo.com will continue on as my thought-leadership arm, while Futurkind™️ is here to host the practice — empowering brands and leaders to cut through the noise, ignite imagination and fuel growth-on purpose.

When we stop waiting for approval and start trusting our intuition, everything changes. It’s not about acting recklessly. It’s about acting authentically — aligning courage with purpose, and creating from a place of conviction.
The Future is a Verb
The future is an emerging entity, only partly visible in the present. As it unfolds, we have agency to shape it through our choices, actions, and imagination. That places presence above all else — because tomorrow is written in today’s decisions.
Business Is Wellness
We believe commerce can be regenerative — and that it must be. Business isn’t separate from wellbeing — it’s one of the greatest - and under-utilized - levers we have to heal people, communities, and the planet. When done right, business is wellness.
Science + Soul

I’ve had the privilege of working with celebrated innovators across industries and around the world - from the LEGO Group to lululemon, Unilever, USAA and many more. And yet, I believe the most exciting work is still ahead — work shaped by the collective imagination of those willing to create it.
